Welcome to the Spaces Flex support center, a 24/7 online library of articles, guides, tips, and troubleshooting resources. You can also chat live with an agent, which creates a ticket instantly. Within the Support Center, you can submit tickets, track their status, and view your ticket history.
- Users can access the Support Center by clicking the Help button in the program itself.
- However, you can also access the Support Center directly through an internet browser. This can be useful when using a second screen or device to display an article whilst using your application on the main screen.
Register or Reset Your Password
- Click Sign in in the upper right corner of the website.
- On the Sign in window, click Sign up.
- Enter your name and email. Use the same email linked to your Spaces Flex account.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to register or reset your password.
- Once logged in, your name will appear in the upper right. You can now use My Tickets or Submit a Ticket.
Searching for Articles
Use the search bar at the top of the support centre to look for articles by keyword, topic, or phrase. Relevant results will appear as you type.
