A customer can create their own design using the Spaces Flex webpage. While designing the customer may request an appointment, ask for assistance with the design or want to save it. At this point a Lead will be generated on the Flex platform.
Once a Lead has been created on the Flex platform the Main Contact person for the Shop and the email address added under the section Contact Information, will receive an email with the details of the new Lead.
When the Lead has been assigned to a Flex user they will receive an email with the details advising them that the Lead has been assigned to them. Every time the Lead is updated an email will be sent to the assigned person, the Main Contact person for the Shop, and the email address under the Contact Information with the relevant information.
Note: To receive the emails, ensure that the fields highlighted below are filled in with the correct email address.
The Lead can be converted into a Project. The Project can then be imported into your Cyncly design software.
Key highlights
- A Lead dashboard with its own widgets - The Dashboard has a new tab for Leads, with widgets that give you an overview of where leads are being generated from and how many are in each lead status. You can also see the number of leads and conversion rates which you can filter by shop or, salesperson and compare to the previous year or quarter.
- A Leads page on the Flex platform - A detailed view of the Leads with filters and a search box making it easier to see the leads in a certain status. Select a lead and view the details around it, add notes and attachments. View an item list if a design has been created and, assign the lead to a team member to follow up.
- Lead interaction tracking - In the Notes tab log and track calls and interactions with the customer. Record the details of each interaction in one space and give the lead a rating and score. Add Custom fields to prompt conversations and gain the information important to you.
- Turn leads into Projects - Spaces Flex generates a common file format which using Flex can open the design in the Cyncly design tool you are using. Creating a simple flow from the customers inspiration into a viable design.
