The Spaces Flex planner is where your customer can enter the details of their space and even add some furniture. This customers details are then generated as a Lead on the Flex platform in the following scenarios:
- The customer selects the option Book Appointment. The Lead will be generated on the Flex platform with the lead status set to Qualified and the lead rating will be set to Hot.
- The customer creates a design and decides to Save it, the customer will create an account which will generate a Lead on the Flex platform. In this instance the lead status will be New and the lead rating will be set to Warm. You will also have a link to the design the customer has created in Spaces Flex planner.
Once a Lead is on the Flex platform, it can be assigned to a team member. When ready, the Lead can be converted into a Project, transferring all related materials. The design from the planner can then be sent to your desktop design application.
