On the Flex platform you can assign Leads different statuses so you can filter on leads that are likely to convert or ones that have gone cold so you can focus some time on them.
Follow the steps below to update and change the status of a lead:
- On the Leads tab on the Flex platform select the lead from the list.
- The top toolbar will now have an option Lead Details.
- Under the heading Lead Details select Lead Status, from the drop down options click the most relevant option.
Note: You can also assign a Lead Score from 0 to 100 and a Lead Rating.
- Select Save and Close.
