Stabilization of New Inspire Flow
Target Clients: All Spaces Flex Clients with Inspire module.
Business Objectives / Goals:
- Ensure Inspire flow produces predictable, correct design presets so users can restart or switch flows without losing intended selections.
- Consolidate and resolve placeholder/storage bugs to reduce defects, data corruption, and downstream support overhead.
- Stabilize the new Inspire2Design flow and add observability so product-level changes can be safely introduced and iterated.
What's Included:

- Isolate room-specific presets so restarting Inspire for a different room (e.g., Kitchen) does not retain Bathroom/Laundry selections.
- Reset or load the correct preset state when switching or restarting flows to preserve the user’s intended design.
- Fix edge cases that allowed stale preset data to persist across sessions and flows.
- Inspire Flow Stability and Observability
- Harden flow transition and state management to prevent errors when starting, restarting, or switching Inspire flows.
- Add telemetry and improved error handling to surface failures during Inspire2Design scenarios for faster diagnosis.
- Provide a product-level placeholder and clear scope for ongoing enhancements to the Inspire flow as related issues evolve.
