This Spaces Flex release brings consistency in your inspiration journey through AI Showroom, support of tiling for Moodboard, more realistic 3D previews, and a new way for us to hear directly from you. Here’s what’s new:
Floors and walls tiling detection from Inspiration in AI-Showroom
AI-Showroom now identifies floor and wall tiling from your inspiration image and applies it to your design when it is generated through Auto-Design.
- Tiling is identified from the inspiration image, whether selected from the gallery or uploaded.
- The identified tiling pattern, color, and style is applied automatically when moving to 3D and running Auto-Design.
Target Clients: All AI-Showroom Clients.
Requirements to Activate: Please contact your account manager or Cyncly Support to confirm how to adjust the catalog.

Moodboard: Detection of tiling on floors and walls
Moodboard can now detect tiling on floors and walls, provided it is available in your catalog, or the generic tiling catalog is enabled. Users can match an inspiration image found online to your tiling catalog and keep that selection when generating their design through Auto-Design.
- Tiling is identified from the uploaded inspiration image.
- Users can swap the detected tiling for a different catalog reference.
- Floor and wall tiling selections are carried over when moving to 3D and running Auto-Design.
Target Clients: All Bathroom Spaces Flex Clients with Inspire module.

- Surveys are tailored to your role, so the questions are always relevant.
- Limited to one survey per session, with cooling-off periods so you’re never over-surveyed.
- Available in English, French, German, and Spanish.
- Only shown once you’ve accepted cookies and works seamlessly on desktop and mobile.

More Realistic 3D Previews: Sloped Ceilings and Tiling
Rooms with sloped ceilings and tiling now render accurately in your 3D previews generated from Flex, giving you and your customers a truer picture of the finished space before committing to a design. It also allows you to share a preview link which doesn’t require a desktop device to review and provide feedback.
- Accurate slope angles, heights, and orientation reflected in the Preview viewer.
- Interior and exterior wall tiling, with textures and boundaries preserved.
- Floor tile layout and orientation carried through faithfully.
