Known Issues
We're always striving for the smoothest experience possible. A few issues were identified during final testing that we weren't able to resolve before this release. Here's what to expect and how to work around them in the meantime. Fixes for these are already planned for upcoming releases.
- Wall style resets after pasting a copied style. When pasting a copied tile or wall style, the default style may be applied instead of the one you copied.
Workaround: Reapply the style manually after pasting.
- Product panel doesn't switch tabs after selecting a cabinet. After selecting an appliance and then a cabinet, the product panel may stay on the Dimensions tab instead of switching to Style.
Workaround: Manually select the Style tab.
- Floor zones shift after resizing a wall. If three or more floor tiles are applied before a wall's length is changed, existing floor zones may shift out of place.
Workaround: Where possible, adjust wall length before applying multiple floor tiles.
- Transparent wall view reverts after reopening a project. Reopening a saved project where a wall was deleted opposite a placed cabinet may show a solid wall instead of the expected transparent view.
Workaround: None currently available; a fix is planned for an upcoming release.
- Tiling disappears when wall thickness changes. Adjusting a wall's thickness after tiling has been applied can cause the tiling to disappear.
Workaround: Finalize wall thickness before applying tile or reapply tile after adjusting thickness.
- Cabinet finish may briefly overlap when trying another style. Occasionally, the previous and newly selected cabinet finish can appear to overlap when using Try Another Style on a design card. This is a visual, intermittent issue only.
Workaround: None required; reselecting the style typically clears the display.
- Wallpaper covering may show tile options. Selecting Wallpaper as a covering type can display standard tile designs instead of wallpaper patterns.
Workaround: None required for most customers; this is primarily seen in demo environments.
- Panel doesn't refresh after exiting zone creation. After exiting zone creation by selecting a window and then a wall, the panel may not update correctly.
Workaround: Deselect and reselect the wall to refresh the panel.
- Walls flicker briefly during Auto-Design layout changes. Walls may flicker momentarily when switching between generated layouts in Auto-Design. This is cosmetic only and does not affect the design.
Workaround: None required.
- Auto-Design zones may appear as grey boxes. When entering Edit Design after running Auto-Design, zones may briefly display as grey boxes.
Workaround: None required; primarily seen in demo environments.
- Cabinet placement may shift when rotating the camera. Using the + button to place a cabinet while changing the camera angle can result in incorrect placement. This does not block kitchen design.
Workaround: Re-adjust the cabinet's position after placement if needed.
- Cabinet may not land in the selected room (multi-room projects). In multi-room projects, using the + button can occasionally place a cabinet outside the intended room.
Workaround: Manually move the cabinet to the correct room after placement.
- Wall cabinets may not attach after adding a door or opening. After adding a door or opening, wall cabinets on one side may not attach correctly to the wall.
Workaround: Manually reposition and reattach the affected cabinets.
