When you are invited to a Flex Cloud company, you will receive an email that enables you register and access your account. Below is what you will find in the email and the steps to follow.
What You Receive
- An invitation email containing:
- A button labeled Accept Invite – click this to start your registration.
- A note reminding you to sign in with the same email address that received the invitation.
- A Flex.cloud link – for users who have already registered and want to log in.
- The Flex logo – clickable and takes you to the Flex Cloud login page.
What You Need to Do
- If this is your first time:
- Click Accept Invite and complete the registration form.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish setting up your account.
- If you’ve already registered:
- Do not use the invitation link—it will be expired after the first use.
- Click the Flex Cloud link in the email or go directly to Flex.cloud to log in.
Note:
- The invitation link can be used only once for registration.
- Always log in using the email address that received the invite.
- Bookmark Flex.cloud for future access.
